Why are financial resources sacred and important to me?
The financial resources are sacred to me because they are the means by which we are able to serve students. Whenever contemplating a major decision about the money we are going to allocate to a certain program, it is essential that we do the proper research to find out what we can accomplish with the funding that we have and how many students we can serve that way. The more effectively we are able to use our resources, the better off we will be. I need to be sure to instruct my executive directors on the proper use of money in BYUSA and how important it is to remember that this is a sacred task we are charged with. I am so grateful that we are blessed to have the resources we need in this office. Now we just need to allocate them well and serve many students and help them to all have a significant leadership experience!
